Five Miniatures

These five short movements were composed in 2007 for woodwind trio, now adapted for trombone trio.

Each of the movements was composed in a horizontal fashion, without a sense of tonality. The same seven-note synthetic scale is used throughout all five movements: Db, D, Eb, E, F#, G, Bb.
