50+50 Trumpet Triathlon

This piece for solo trumpet (also available for trombone) was commissioned by Mrs. Yvonne Graves for Dr. Carolyn Sanders in honor of a special birthday. The three movements of this theatre piece are meant to represent the three stages of a triathlon. Each movement contains precisely 100 notes. The piece was premiered at my faculty composition recital on September 8, 2007.
